The drink is a cobbler. Oloroso Sherry and simple syrup muddle with an orange slice and then stirred over ice. Strained into a glass of crushed ice and garnished with another orange slice, a few slices of white peaches and two slices of dark plums. Light, refreshing and simple on a summer evening.
